The Power of Ginger

Ginger has been used for centuries in Asia and other parts of the world. It has many medicinal uses. Including:

Reducing inflammation

It’s antiviral- Our family drinks a ginger smoothie almost every day, especially during Flu season. If you make it spicy you can actually feel it reduce the irritation of a soar throat and clear up a stuffy nose.

It’s good to settle your stomach and for nausea.

It aides in weight loss by releasing insulin and increasing metabolism.

It is also known to reduce cholesterol, fight cancer, improve asthma symptoms and reduce memory loss.

I’m sure there are more wonderful things that I left off the list. This is off the top of my head. Feel free to comment with more benefits.
